Delaware County Republican Central Committee Minutes

November 7, 2022

Old 20 Auctions    7:00 p.m.

Present: Cher Delperdang, Kevin L. Glanz, Cliff Bunting, Jeff Madlom, Travis Hemesath, David Marks, Grant Gardner, Paula Robinson, Lynn Sheets, Doug Robbins, Bruce Nieman, Roger Helmrichs, Jean Gross, Robert W. Kugel, Judy Eckman.

Roger called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.  A motion was made by Jeff seconded by Doug to approve the minutes as presented.  Carried.  A motion was made by David, seconded by Kevin to approve the Treasurer's Report as presented.

Action Item:

Motion by Bob, seconded by Jeff to pay the pending bills on the Treasurer's Report.  Motion carried.

Motion by Doug, seconded by Bob to approve any unpaid bills for Shopper ads as presented by Roger.  Motion carried.  

There were no legislative reports at this time.

We have received thank you notes from Brenna Bird, Craig Johnson and Paul Pate for the donations recently given to their campaigns.  

Our Delaware County Fall event gross income amounted to $xxxxxxx.  We had a smaller crowd than last year possibly due some what to harvest season being in full swing.  

Everyone was reminded to vote Tuesday, November 8 if they haven't already done so.  Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Everyone is encouraged to pick up yard signs which will be returned to our storage shed.  The collection of signs in the shed need to be purged as there are many old ones no longer needed.  

Our next meeting will be December 5 at 7:00 p.m. at Old 20 Auctions.  Meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
